Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a well-kept residential portfolio across Sydney
- Providing strategic guidance and operational support to Owners Corporations and BMCs
- Taking a proactive approach to building maintenance, issue resolution, and long-term asset planning
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and strata regulations
- Building strong relationships with owners, committee members, contractors, and stakeholders
- Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering clear, professional communication
About you:

- A current NSW Strata Manager Licence
- Extensive experience managing strata portfolios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management ability

- Confidence working independently while contributing to a team environment
