We are partnering with a highly regarded specialist engineering and project management business experiencing continued growth across its remedial division.
They are seeking an experienced Remedial Engineer to join their growing team, with the opportunity to work on complex projects and progress into a senior or leadership position as the business expands.

The Opportunity
You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, combining technical engineering expertise with practical problem-solving to help deliver effective remediation outcomes.
- Lead building defect investigations, inspections and technical assessments
- Develop practical remedial engineering solutions and scopes of work
- Investigate and diagnose complex building defects
- Provide technical advice across remediation projects from investigation through to delivery
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
- Work across a varied portfolio of high-value and technically challenging projects
- Travel interstate as required, providing exposure to projects across Australia
About You
We’re looking for an engineer who brings genuine remedial, defect or building consultancy experience and enjoys solving complex building issues.
You’ll ideally have:
- Relevant engineering qualifications
- Proven experience in remedial engineering, building defects or building consultancy
- Strong knowledge of building remediation and construction methodologies
- Experience conducting inspections, investigations and technical reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel interstate
