Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of strata portfolio
- Preparing and attending AGMs, committee meetings, and general meetings
- Managing remedial works, maintenance programs, and contractor engagement
- Act as a trusted point of contact for owners, committees, contractors and tenants.
- Maintain accurate records, correspondence and scheme documentation.
- Provide guidance on by‑laws, compliance and relevant legislative obligations.
- Handle disputes professionally with a balanced, solutions‑focused approach.
About you:
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager or strong Assistant ready to step up
- Solid understanding of strata legislation and remedial processes
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with modern strata software and technology platforms
