Project Manager | Remedial Building
We're partnering with a well-established organisation within Sydney's building remediation sector that continues to deliver complex projects across residential and commercial assets.
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple remediation projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of technically challenging projects, including façade remediation, concrete repairs, waterproofing, structural strengthening, fire compliance upgrades, and building defect rectification.

Day to day responsibilities of the successful Project Manager will include:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple remedial construction projects
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement, and resource planning
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams throughout project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strata managers, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor project performance, financials, variations, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality and compliance requirements
- Coordinate project handovers, defect rectification, and final close-out documentation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering remedial, refurbishment, or complex construction projects
- Strong understanding of building remediation methodologies and construction practices
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, programmes, and project outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes
- Experience working on occupied residential or commercial buildings will be highly regarded
